Shipping policy

Once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 3-7 business days. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

**NOTE : These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please keep in mind, USPS is experiencing many delays due to COVID.

Orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

EST Specialties is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Any questions can be emailed to estspecialties@gmail.com.

EST Specialties is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $5 re-shipment fee.
